MMMMM.... MINT DIP

Ingredients with measurements
Mint Leaves (Pudina) | 2 bunches |
Coriander/Cilantro leaves (Dhaniya) | 1 bunch |
Onion | 1 Chopped( Medium) |
Tomato | 2 chopped(Medium) |
Garlic | 5 cloves chopped (Big) |
Ginger | 20 grams |
Green Mango | 1 (Peeled & Chopped) |
Green Chillies | 2-3 chopped |
Salt | To taste |
*You can use the juice of half a lemon if green mangoes are not available.
Wash all raw ingredients before chopping.
Toss the chopped onion, tomato, garlic, ginger, mango and green chillies into the grinder jar and run if for a few minutes. Then, add mint leaves, coriander leaves and the salt and grind again for another couple of minutes.
Lip-smacking Mint Dip is ready to be relished with Bread (as sandwich or spread on a toast), Paranthas, Dosas, Chapatis, Wafers, Burritos or even Tortillas!!!
